The terms governing access to and use of JEG Salon salon management, booking, marketplace and subscription services.

These Terms of Service govern use of JEG Salon. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms together with the Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
You must provide accurate registration information, keep login credentials secure and use the service lawfully. You are responsible for activity performed through your salon account and for ensuring authorised staff use the system appropriately.
Available trials, plan limits, billing cycles and prices are displayed when you register or manage your subscription. Subscription fees are charged in advance for the selected billing period. Paid access may be restricted or suspended when a subscription expires or remains unpaid, subject to the billing terms shown in the platform.
Automatic renewal is optional where offered. If you enable auto-renew, JEG Salon may request the authorised payment provider to charge the applicable subscription fee at the end of each billing cycle. You may disable auto-renew before the next scheduled billing date. Disabling auto-renew stops future automatic charges but does not itself create a refund for the current paid period.
You may stop future renewals by disabling auto-renew or using another cancellation method made available by JEG Salon. Unless stated otherwise, downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle, while upgrades may take effect immediately with any applicable charge or credit shown at checkout. Cancellation does not normally reverse fees for a subscription period that has already started, subject to applicable law and the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Refund eligibility, duplicate or incorrect charges, failed service delivery, payment disputes and refund processing are governed by the JEG Salon Refund & Cancellation Policy. Nothing in these terms limits a consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You retain responsibility for the business, staff and customer information you enter into JEG Salon. You must have the authority and lawful basis needed to collect and process that information and to send customer communications.
JEG Salon provides technology that helps customers discover businesses and request or make bookings. Each salon remains responsible for its services, prices, availability, staff, customer care, service-specific cancellation or refund rules, and compliance with applicable consumer and business obligations.
Where facilities, passes or QR access are used, the salon remains responsible for safe operation of its premises and facilities. JEG Salon provides access-control tooling but does not replace the salon's responsibility for supervision, health and safety, capacity limits or emergency procedures.
You may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with service operation, upload malicious content, impersonate others, manipulate access credentials, or use JEG Salon for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity.
We work to keep JEG Salon reliable and may update, maintain or change features as the service evolves. Temporary interruptions can occur for maintenance, infrastructure incidents, third-party payment or communications failures, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We may restrict or terminate access where needed for security, non-payment, serious misuse or legal compliance. You may stop using the service subject to applicable subscription, billing and data-retention requirements.
We may update these terms to reflect changes in the platform, payment methods, legal requirements or commercial terms. Material changes will be published through the website or platform with an updated effective date.
