Include the right details so JEG support can understand the problem without several rounds of clarification.
Describe what you were doing
State the page or feature, the action you took and what you expected to happen. If the issue affects one booking, sale, customer or product, include a safe identifying reference from the system rather than unrelated customer information.
Include useful context
- Approximate date and time of the issue.
- Branch and date range if the problem is report-related.
- The exact error message, if one appeared.
- Whether the issue happens every time or only sometimes.
- A screenshot when it helps explain the visible problem.
Avoid sending secrets
Do not place passwords, card credentials or other authentication secrets in a support ticket. JEG support should not need your password to investigate an application problem.
