A practical checklist for investigating unexpected figures before changing data.

Check filters first

Confirm the branch, date range, status and other filters currently applied. Many apparent reporting errors are actually scope differences.

Follow the source record

  • For booking issues, open the appointment and check service, staff, branch, time and status.
  • For sales issues, open the transaction and check line items, payment method and staff attribution.
  • For stock issues, review movements, receipts, transfers, sales, returns and adjustments.

Avoid random corrections

Do not create extra transactions or stock adjustments merely to force a dashboard number to look right. Correct the underlying record where appropriate and preserve the audit trail.

Still stuck?

Use the vendor Support area to create a ticket with the page, date range, affected record and what you expected to see. Clear detail helps support investigate faster.
